Luke Farley is a Christian, husband, father, and conservative. He grew up in North Carolina, went to school here, and is raising his family here. He’ll fight for free enterprise, fair competition, and cutting government red tape. He’s running for Commissioner of Labor to protect workers and small businesses and will fight to make North Carolina the most competitive place in the country for jobs and business.

Meet Luke
Luke is bringing his passion and expertise to the role of Labor Commissioner. By standing up for small business against government regulators, Luke has the real-world, professional experience we need to protect both workers and job-creators. As a common-sense conservative, he understands we need to look after the lives and livelihoods of all North Carolinians.
Over the last twenty years, Luke is proud to have supported and volunteered for conservative causes and candidates throughout the state and put his legal training to work for our Republican Party. In 2022, he was named Volunteer Lawyer of the Year by the Triangle Chapter of the Republican National Lawyers Association.
Luke grew up in Onslow County and now lives in Raleigh with his wife of ten years and together they have two young boys. He’s a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and Wake Forest University School of Law. As Labor Commissioner, Luke will get up every day ready to work for the people of North Carolina.
